Everything published here — the fleet, the experiences, the celebrations, the services listed under Onboard — is descriptive material. None of it is a contractual offer, and nothing on this site can be accepted to form a booking.

A charter exists when a written quote has been issued and agreed. That quote reaches you on WhatsApp, in the same conversation you opened — it is the only channel we use. Until it has been issued and agreed there is a conversation, not an agreement.

Availability, the authorised number of guests, prices and what a charter includes are confirmed only in writing, in the quote we send you on WhatsApp, for your specific date and your specific boat.

If a line is not written in the quote, it is not included. That applies to fuel, crew, gratuity, catering, bartender, entertainment, water toys, slide, jacuzzi, jet ski and transfers alike. The quote is the list; this website is not.

The photographs and video on this site are from real charters and real boats. They are not renders and they are not stock.

They are also not a specification. Layout, finish, equipment and the toys carried onboard vary from unit to unit and from date to date, and a feature visible in one photograph is not therefore available on the boat you charter. What your boat carries on your date is confirmed with your quote.

We work with the owners and management companies of the boats we present, and we describe each unit as honestly as our sources allow. Where a detail is unverified the site says so rather than filling the gap.

The vessel, its captain and its crew operate under their own licences and their own rules onboard.

Miami weather moves quickly. Routes, timings and swim stops are decided on the day with the captain, whose judgement on the water is final and is not negotiable from shore.

How a cancellation or a change of date is handled is agreed in writing before the charter, as part of the quote.

Catering, bar service, music, performers, photography and transfers are provided by third parties and arranged on your behalf. Each appears in the quote as its own confirmed line, with its own availability.
